There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

PMC Project as Team leader design drawings quality checking all work with schedule on time bounds .Cordinatoin with Executive Engineer and A.E. J.E. and Contractors project Engineer and their team member all work according to SOR and DPR works with quality control checking as per agreement of work order.
