Nothing to like here, If there was minus rating , I will go for that first. You can't ask your salary even after its pending for 5 months. How you will manage if you 5 months salary pending, I f you going to ask them they will threaten you to terminate. Not only me my few colleagues faced same and we resigned after that, still we didn't get our fnf, half of our ctc is pending.

We work for more than 12 hours a day, after managing alone their big clients, still we didn't get salary for 5 months. If you gonna ask them , they will micromanage and will terminate you.if anyone wants proof what I said , I can provide not only for mine will give you. For my other colleagues too. Worst company ever, you should choose unemployment rather than working in this company, nothing growth nothing salary , a lot of politics , if you li**ck thier then only you will be a good employee, if you are only working good then you are not a good employee.

they have no funds to provide salary. there is no management, you just have to work for free, forget about other perks they can make you work on Saturday and Sundays Worst culture ever. Its a sinking ship

There is literally nothing to like about this company.

Salary will never be given on time. If you join for 1 year, you can expect at most 9 months salary (yes, you can forget 3 months salary) that too will be delayed by months, they will come up with the most stupid reasons to not pay on time and the finance team is a joke here. The ceo will tell all the managers things are getting better but that's just a bunch of BS. They don't even give employers contribution of epf for months. Ex-employees who left 2 years ago are still asking for FNF lol. They don't even give form 16, the reason is obvious. Everyone pretends everything is normal but nothing is professional here. Pls do not join this company, being jobless is better than having a job in engagely.

Worst company i have ever seen in my life Please please don't go in this company They will not provide you salary on time..last 3 months salary was not given and notice period months salary was not given..total 6 months salary is pending..and if we write something in LinkedIn they will threaten you and harras you... We have to work whole night and in the morning we have logged in again on time..this will happen thrice in a week Rohit mathur CEO of the company is fraud man.... saying all time financial issue ...if financial issue was there shut down the company and pay all the money to employees

Everything about this company you are going to dislike. The higher management are a bunch of jokers and liars who will lie about each and everything from salary to appraisals. The HR team and finance team are also a bunch of liars. The company culture is very bad. It is better to remain unemployed then to work in this company.
