Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). Except present MD's attitude, nothing is perfect. HR has no idea of what HR is all about. Plant teams has no direction. SCM is the poorest of all. What is lacking is direction to the teams.

I fece only traveling problems but I hoped in my HR management they will solve this also.. My colleagues are come from various backgrounds, and we work happily... Overall I love this company more more much more..
