It's full of unwanted internal politics inside the top management.they don't take responsibility for their actions. They treat employees like a machine. There is no health benifit, and salary increment prospects.I do have experience in working 4 companies before but all of them were way better that this piece of garbage. Mr. Amit jain and Mr. daivik must take their words seriously what they claim during hiring a person.
