...hool-like structure on the workplace, with set timing for break and lunch hours. There is also noticeable favouritism when it comes to promotions and salary increments, which are not based on performance but rather personal bias. If these individuals remains in leadership roles at EnerMech India, the company risks not securing a single project, and even if they do, they will mishandle it within days, later blaming others by falsely claiming that external parties are not interested in continuing projects with us. These Idiots "Simply collecting a pay check each month without adding real value".

No Job security, delay in increment, insecurity and politics in every department , no trust, bad work culture, resignation is a joke , HR do not reply to mails , they think they are God of Enermech, some resign and make fun blaming others openly, high turnover, HR nearing retirement age, keeping spending time, watching swimming pool , they make fun of employees, fun and gossip everywhere, HR good in repairing chairs, and AC . they create problems in employee life . plotting against people, and showing a wrong picture to senior. they wear innocent mask when they hire , and it is joke to fire employees here. Office is a kindergarden school, hell place to work for new joinees, HR is zero and think they are hero, old employee treat new joiness very badly and there is groupisum - do not join enermech and spoil your life.

Health insurance. Work from home. Salary is on time. Flexible work hours.

Dislikes

No structured appraisals, poor salary and very low increment. There is no job security. On job training is given. Only 1 semiconductor project, no other project in pipeline. Management supports politics, they do not keep their words. Earlier management agreed to WFH and now they changed to WFO. Unprofessional work culture, too many people complaining. Too many resignations. Many decisions of management is arbitrary. It is a poorly run organization.

...urs is flexible Most of employees are good except the informers to management. Salary is credited to account by end of month. Health insurance. Pooled lunches.

...s from top management. Miscommunication and U turns from management is common. Low salary, poor hike. High staff turnover. The informers and lapdogs to management are favoured.
