Likes

We can learn to be more responsible. Able to learn more things while working. Easy to get offshore opportunities.

Dislikes

Salary is not upto the work extracted. Poor work life balance. Not a proper company with proper department for everything. Company is run by a very minimal management team. No space for personal upgradation or growth. There was no enough facilities at accomodation. Getting leave / vacation is a tough task.

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
