When I am join this group a fresher than my feeling for this not good but after day by day I am enjoy my life with all endurein during job time in this group and get appropriation certificate in NPD

Starting salary pakege for fresar is very low

Good and ontime Salary was the most impressive along side they offer good facilities like transport, food and dress as well

Management is very Rude and its like a chain , if a manager joins in he starts firing other juniors under him and bring his own team from other companies , which is very common in all HPDC companies in Manesar

Company growth is better appriciate to employee . Company atmosphere better

Uprizer good but salary hike small. Other company employee joining on high salary but existing employees salary not hike comparative to other.

This company's is Automobile company.....Its company 95% work for Bajaj company......No quality maintain only focus on quantity. No handwash available for any washroom which are related worker and very bad cleaning but available for staff washroom. No focus on saftey and 5S implementation(specially GDC department) if any person come for visit from outside....then focus on saftey and 5S for some hours. HR not responding in case of casual worker going HR office for any complaints

One thing I like about the company n everyone with the brain can agree with it that the company provide employment to less fortunate people who r in need to get hired

Work culture is like a spectrum. Nothin to learn here , Auto component manufacturing companies r outdated with no growth to employees N less salary hike too
