...all. I left the company by having an argument with boss. Of staying till late. They holded my salary of 22 Days. Anyway I don’t care about such fools. Decision is yours. If you’re someone who’s boss’s baby go for it. 👍

Not organised At all. Salary you’ll get by asking they try to hold it as late as possible. Maximum 17days Filthy environment with not so understandable bosses and their loved ones. Always ask to work from home in odd hours and staying till late. This was my reason of leaving it. And they holded my salary of 22 days. 90% people in the company by nepotism policy. So you can understand how it would be.

I left my corporate 9-5 that I had been doing for close to 2 decades, to take on something new, to do some engaging work and create value, and perhaps also to disrupt the rigid systems and mental blocks one creates after working for so long in a set pattern. While the journey of learning again and unlearning a lot is long, it has been a fulfilling couple of months. Endorphins Entertainment lets you claim the space for yourself should you have the passion for hustling, learning, and creating.

Dislikes

It is, after all, a full-service marketing agency that comes with its challenges: late hours, working weekends, handling multiple projects at a time... but that's the nature of the work. It's not for everyone, certainly not for those looking for a cushy 9-5 :P

Likes

People are good. One can share their concerns, and the team actually addresses them if they find them genuine.

Dislikes

There isn't a strict work-life balance, which is common in this industry. When work needs to be done, we often have to do it regardless of the time, whether it's midnight or the weekend. However, the management also provides compensatory time off.
