Compensation is decent, but job security is totally zero. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls and candidates calls in the evening and sometimes in late night. Managers do not value an individuals'unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client..Overally i really enjoyed with my work..

I joined Endeavor Careers at Vadodara location in March'2020 and I haven't my salary since then.... I approached HR and I took follow up for two months...They made me feel as if I'm begging for my rightful salary which was terrible suffering. Company should take responsibility to be answerable about pending salary instead of avoiding calls, texts and emails

Very insecure job. No professionalism and they haven't even reimbursed our salaries and expenses for 2+ months and have shut centres. They take no accountability of their people

Nothing. The seniors ebgage in office politics and bully their juniors into completing all tasks and then later take away the credit frpm the juniors. There is an aggressive Taunting culture prevalent. They stopped paying salaries

Good work environment and culture in not very good . company policies are not bad appraisal atebfair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year but job security is not good .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues ..... On the job training is not given to New joinees and my four months salary has been hold due to financial issues of HO ..... It is not a big organization ...very small organization with very small yearly turn over.
