...o come in Saturdays and sometimes on Sundays also. And no compensation for that. When it comes to salary HR will not be ready to negotiate with you and you will end up having what HR has decided. Toxic management.

...t so good they expect you to work late evenings & stretch your work on weekends. No extra pay or appreciation is given even working extra hours or on weekends. Poor management system to process for a single approval In procurement which is needed on day to day basis

As a developing organization, there is lot to learn. For a fresher, who is starting their career, exposure is good.

Less salary, does not get recognition to hard working employee, no proper SOP or process of work.

... a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Very bad experience, Company senior manager doing bad politics and partiality also they give pressure that just do not say that how to do, So seniors manager like RBM and NSM has no experience about selling. Nothing is here which we can like

Everything is dislike, RBM of company supported by senior management and all RBM fault transferred to lower lavel employee like ABM by senior manager like NSM because both are brother and you know when any company put two manager like NSM and RBM which father is same than assume, what will be the culture of company
