...o come in Saturdays and sometimes on Sundays also. And no compensation for that. When it comes to salary HR will not be ready to negotiate with you and you will end up having what HR has decided. Toxic management.

...t so good they expect you to work late evenings & stretch your work on weekends. No extra pay or appreciation is given even working extra hours or on weekends. Poor management system to process for a single approval In procurement which is needed on day to day basis

As a developing organization, there is lot to learn. For a fresher, who is starting their career, exposure is good.

Less salary, does not get recognition to hard working employee, no proper SOP or process of work.

... a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Even on weekends they call us for working. Bad policies for employees. They don't care about employees they just want to complete their target. Sometimes we worked for 16 hours continuously and even after that on second day we have to come for work. Don't join as I have worst experience in my hole life. Head of plat is MC he don't respect any one.
