Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Dislikes

...rom past 2years there is no scope of appraisal , There are many processes here. Only in collection process the incentives(salary goes upto 50-60k or more than that) are good.But the situation is worse in other processes. Apart from 14500 k inhand salary you can only earn 3 to 4 k incentives.

When k was working it was third party pay roll but ryt now third party has been ramp down. So now evry process is under encore itself.

At ENCORE CAPITAL GROUP, there is no career growth, less salary package p Group but they don't do any internal hiring, I'm B.Tech in IT I told my team leader for internal hiring for software developer trainee job(stipend base) but they denied and said we hire only outsiders.. I joined this company for better future, I gave one year for the company and I didn't get anything, just got BPO experience.. Improve your policy.

...t food, cab, zym, gifts, compensation, claims, bonus. Employee caring company. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

This is the best experience of mine as a employee where i used to hear about salary deduction and layoff my company encore is proving full support not deducting single rupees but giving extra money of electricity/Wifi bills. They also providing funds for table and chair. I like to thanks God for giving me chance to be in a company where company not only looking for profit and cost cutting but also looking for trust earning.
