encon group is leading manufacture and exporter energy efficient cooling towers and axial flow frp fans . i love the fact that i am parts of a team thats markets reliable, high-quality products and has domestic & global clients base . As result , i had done hirakud project , jindal project , bmm ispt project etc.

Third class organization. In this organisation, Directors are love to play politics. My first & worst experienced in 13yrs.

Dislikes

Lots of politics play by management only so where we can address solve the issue.
