Pressurized environment and irregular working Schedule will make you tough

When you'll work here, you won't get a salary. You won't get your appraisal. You won't get work-life balance. You won't be taught anything, everything you must learn by your own. Even after leaving the organization, they'll make you beg for your own documents. No doubt that all ex-employee said, "the company is hell!"

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

... politics has ruined internal working culture and external company reputation. Except few cases, most of hiring only depends over salary, lower than the lowest. Only GETs, people jobless for a while, people no other company hired, people left/terminated from last company, etc. are running this company. In short, unskilled and semi-skilled. Being cherry over the cake, IG (CEO) is nowhere close to leadership.
