I don't like company policy. Incentive they give more but Salary not good. Because they give more Salary we work in honestly. In the job training is not given to new joinees.

1) Decisions from management takes time. 2) Lower and middle management is not properly managing their work. 3) Lack of work accountability and responsibility. 4) Meaningless HR department 5) Not customer-centric.

If you don't ask increment and other bennifeets all. Then company will keep you forever. There is no such policy that company stick on it. It will always change person to person.

Dislikes

Salary structure is very poor. Site person don't get the increment every year. Also there is 3 month notice period. During joining they will ask you to join immediately but when we want to left then you have to serve 3month notice period, else you have to pay the the money.

Starting salary for a fresher is very low. But experienced people are getting much bigger salary that I expected.
