If any trying to resignation after submitting of resignation letter they try to compile without salary, once you submit resignation letter they will sad like your work is not properly we don't get any benefits that you are joined. There main aim to compile the candidates leaving without their salary.

I am totally disappointed with all fact that have to follow in ENBRIDG. In joining time they sad you have to handle these parts after joining they sad we are trying to cover South Side of Kerala u have to more work on that everyone should agreed that but they don't give any DA and very less of TA. They are not given TA 1 rs for 1 km.

...d to provide experience letter but here in this company there is no such rules . No offer letter and no experience letter , they don't give any facilities like ESI , PF and also no proper salary . Everyone works for salary but if u join in this company they will say that we will give you good salary and incentives. They don't give any incentives at all we need to work hard and let them to earn good profit but for employees they don't give any incentives, if u ask them for incentives then salary also they don't give, comes to holiday package not worth buying their package because they don't give good service even for their customers.....for better opportunity I suggest NO to this company.

A high position is a good environment to sit and work. But don't expect a steady job.

There is no self development whatsoever. New employees stay for a maximum of one week because internal politics is good among employees. Due to micro management, many important decisions are not taken. They don't even provide any other benefits other than salary. There is no job stability of any kind and if they don't like it, they will leave.
