work culture is very good. You can share and implement new ideas. In term of training and learning, new responsibilities are get awarded and guidance is provided by repartee. I Must say HOD of all departments are very approachable and you can share your ideas with them. Performer employee always get rewarded by their boss.

Dislikes

Difference in between entire Team and higher management thinking and set goals. 2 month salary delay. Pre-requisite procurement and availability delay. Politics is there but will not affect if you are clear with your requirements and objectives.
