Very bad experience came to know after joining. Salary are not paid for 8 month also salary deduction of 30 to 40 % even after office was working for 3 days and 3 days from home in covid 19 lockdown. No proper systems. Also many of vendor payment not done from 2015 on wards many of them have gone for legal action

There is no policy for job security, salary delayed every month, Overtime working without paying, Dictatorship or HODs. and many more cause are there.

Its a great company to work with and good platform to enhance your skills , Work life Balance, Salary is on time, Always stands with employees bad times (Specially Pandemic Period)

As bad times hit everyone and it goes off, same with Enaltec too, And the support provided by the company is great

...on on the board of my confirmation, They are playing with emotions of employees. Salary not on time. In time fixed but our time is not fixed. Applying for leave then you have give resignation. Enaltec team is very worst. They have not culture. Never ask job in Enaltec.

Good work environment and culture. Superior are supportive. You can learn many things on job which is similar to leading pharma companies. Work-life balance good also with job security.

There is problem like salary delay from 2-4 months, no appraisal, no promotion, no bonus from last two years and management doesn't address our issues.new resign policy in which 2 month notice period, you have to one month gross salary. Full final settlements take years to clear your dues. Employee strength significantly reduced to 70 % . Only 30% employees are working.
