... u to a mindset as the if there is high recession and they are saving ur job. No food allowance, there are lot of pay issue even if u submit bills for food u Dont get paid. Tax calculation is poor, unwanted income tax deduction,even if ur excempted. No insurance, no mediclaim, no emergency medicine or medication available. Earned leave Dont get carry forward or encashed. They are lapsed in vain. Unwanted increase in notice period. No benefits for work from home. We don't get paid for electricity or house hold property depreciation.

The only like is that we get our salary on time

In this firm you do not get any leaves as they are always on low staffing. The management guys does not know any thing and will put pressure on you to get the work done. They even take meetings on weekends.

They offering total CTC high but in hand salary are lowest then other company.most of salary part deduced as bonus. but they never provide bonus.they provide food.

Dislikes

Upper management are low talent. they have developed very poor healthcare software with worst coding. job security are zero. they fired you without informing you. they only like gujrati candidates. work stranded are zero and life are disbalance.

Working in Enable healthcare Inc till now it's wonderful work environment is very nice management and team mates are like mentor and will guide you through understanding the module or concern...

There is no such thing that I know which i dislike..it's a fabulous company I'm working

The Management should be open to ideas from the employees and not ask them to do the same thing even thought they know its not going to work out,

They should start engaging with the staff and should be ready to lessen to what they say and not try put down their employees
