Some managers don't know anything technical but they pretend to know everything and spoil work culture for everyone....many people under this type of managers leave the company....but again not all managers are like this and so overall it's a good company to join and it will be a good experience

Many, no job security. Forces to work on different technologies apart from your work experience. Management is pathetic and over pressurizes the employees even if the client is satisfied with the work.

No proper process in place Manager micro managing resources. Resources assigned to project with out thinking about technology they know.Like react js resource assigned testing work.

Flexible working hours. Fixed pay. 2 times salary review in a year if you are capable.

Mostly they have us client so, there is late night call. At the end it is Service base company so you need to follow your client.

Lack of clear communication from management Lots of people with poor skillset and they will trouble you. Emtec need to revise it's hiring. Lack of smart minds to work with.
