Wrning - Avaod this co at all cost , the managemnet treat employees poorly , with daily meetings that suffocate creativity and productivity , You'll be subjected to 3 meetings a day - Plan , Mis Day and report - with no breathing room to executive your ideas . The overseas managemnet team micromanages relentlessly , interuppting you with multiple whatsapp callls and expecting impossible results by day end . They '' breathe down your nech through CCTV , making you feel like you'r in a surveillance state . The company disorganization is staggering , with no proper (dummy) HR team to handle essential tasks like issuing offer letters , salary slips,ID cards or probation confirmations . You'll be left feeling lost and unsupported . To make matter worse , there are no coffe breaks , and you'r expected to work in weekend , and during working days at the office you are not allowed to have a casual conversations with collegues . Dont waste your time or sanity in this company . The work environment is toxic , and the management's expectation are unrealistic . Trust me , you deserve better

i attended interview.one fellow guy who is TEam Lead asked very personal questions instead of technically assessing me.that fellow didnt bother about others continusosly taking over phone call. also company has poor infrastructure facility.MD or team lead is too attitude.
