The package is good, yearly bonus and the hike is good too.

The company is typically a Global company with Indian mindset leaders. Highly bureaucratic and to a large extent judgemental. Definitely not what the company claims for 'creating best in class experience' which is just a joke.

No Hybrid work model leads to disaster work life balance. Politics based on regions of india in working environment creates job security issues. Skill development is not at all available so no enhancement in skills

Compensation that they pay at Empower is really good and the food facility

Other than the salary everything is worst specially the management is horrible, no job security they play with employees specifically Priyanka Chavan and sandil raj bennedict. The 2 are worstest shits alive ever. They are all religiously partial only Tamilians get preferred more.

We do have good cab facility and food, especially food will be much helpful to night shift people

Especially these words are applicable to entire company,but for only few managers. Few mangers shows their religious feeling directly on employees which effects on their work life Expamle : not giving postions based on seniority,but giving based on thier nativity and who ever is favour to them

Too much of politics and there’s no job security at all. One process of this company is the best example for racism. I joined and was really happy at the beginning but I was forced to resign and the hr is also with them which makes me feel if I am in India or abroad.
