THOUSAND OF COMPLAINT AGAINST HIM ARE PENDING IN GOVT BUT PAL MANAGES TO ESCAPE FROM CORRUPTION HE MISUSED CRORE OF RUPEES BUDGET & FINANCES OF STATE AND CENTRAL GOVT IN PREVENTIVE AND PROMOTIVE HEAD I NEED ENQUIRY IN THIS MATTER

...ENT DUE TO CORRUPT BEHAVIOUR OF MR PAL BEFORE ATTAINING TJHE 62 YRS OF SERVICE . MR PAL HAVE ARRANGED HER DAUGHTER MARRIAGE FROM SALARY AND BRIBE . HE EARNED BRIBE IN 100S OF CRORE ,THOUSAND OF STAFF ARE READY TO WITNESS HIS CORRUPTION . IF I CALLED BY GOVT I WILL GIVE ALL DOCUMENRTY PROOF TO GOVT .

... join due to staying in different city as my husband is working in another city. I m not getting any leave ,they have stopped my salary, as is it impossible for me to travel with 2 kids and joining my work.

...the central government. ESIC is a statutory corporatin under ministry of labour. Pay and other benefits at per with central government employees. Promotions are based on seniority. No consideration for merit . No reward for good/excellent work. Pay is very good. One can excell in carrier if successful in limited departmental competitive examinations in Group C cadres. Promotions in Group A cadre and carrier advancement are very good.

Unworthy Seniors at the post of Dy Directors and Joint Directors who dont even know how to draft a mail properly and dont even remember their login id and password of their ERP ID and mail id, such dinosaurs they are. and full of ego inspite of their ignorance. Very lackluster work environment. No motivation. Everyone just comes to pass the day without any sense of achievement or accomplishment. You will find people spending their day watching Facebook Insta reels, youtube videos and chatting on whatsapp or talking on the phone. No skill development, learning or growth. Total soul crusher and spirit killer this job is. Gadha Ghoda sab ek barabar. Promotions are time bound, no points for your actual work. People dont have any respect for themselves. They will wear chappal and round neck tshirts to work. Ladies love chatting about their home stuff and discussing how to marinate chicken and sharing various recipes, kid stuff and much more. and if there is a canteen in RO or SRO then your will find a lot of happenings, buzz and time spending over there. People show up at 10.30-11.00 when the time is 9.30 and directly head for the canteen.
