The work was good and the task was appreciate according to me and timing was is also good.

Dislikes

In this RO (Regional Office) Of EPFO Was not a good salary providing organization according to me as a D.E.O. (Data Entry Operator) Post and there is all D.E.O. is just like Personal Assistant Of Each DA,SS (Section Supervisor),and EO (Enforcement Officers) so... I don't like this things... According to me... That's why i m Looking Up to change my job to paying Higher Salary...

Employees provident fund organization its central government office, in 38 Dec's am also a top grade among work... I like about Epfo is I worked under the Asst Provident fund Commissioner as a Ap. Finally my mam got a promotion..

Dislikes is that when my mam got promotion then she transferd to other region

Few seniors are very helpful and encouraging.

Dislikes

A lot of egomaniacs at EPFO specially at the officer level. Commissioners and other officials are often treated differently however lately things are changing. In few departments there is no work Life balance and the whole division is dependent on one person. Flat Hierarchy is there in many departments.

Likes

If one is interested to serve the lower class of workfoce of India, this is good place to serve them.

Dislikes

Autocracy and not much skilled top management / Admistration. Futher consitancy in polcies and priorities are not maintaining at top level.

60% Employee not do there work properly or timely. There behiver with left employees and visiter are not good. No proper guidess given by them regarding any issue of epf.
