The company carries a 100 years legacy which is visible in the financial strength.

Dislikes

The real estate vertical is completely alien to the promoter's scheme of things. Their is zero effort behind brand creation. The culture created is quite toxic with the senior management people ruling the roost at the expense of employees down the line. Sad part is that promoters are completely oblivion to the sorry state of affairs and negative politics going all around. One can be recruited one fine day and can be fired in a week's time. No growth or value addition is apparent.
