Everything Over Here Depends Up On HOD Of Each Department. Eg Instrumentation Department HOD Is Sunil Hase,He Is Not Good At Anything. No Knowledge Of Work No Respect Towords Co Workers No Sense Of Talking.Eg :- Today He Makes Rules Next Movement He On His Own Breaks The Same Rule,He Makes Changes As Per His needs & Purposely Trouble On Each & Every Day To Day Work. ONly good thing is you can work for long time. No value for Education. Even 10 the pass can become General Manager or Director and experience Post Graduate will work under them. No HR policies. Don't work here if you want work respectfully.
