...nothing. They treat you like a laborer instead of respecting you as an engineer. And don't even get me started on the salary—they play games with your pay, messing with the variable pay to their advantage. It's infuriating!

as a girl I worked in the company Empclaims, I have very disrespectful experience, Male Employee stare at you on office floor, talking about you" how is this girl", follow you while break. that's make me uncomfortable. Employee name are Varun siani, Mehul chaturvedi, Akash parmar, Jignesh Prajapati, Shoeb Vhora, Bhavesh nathani, Kunal sharma. When discuss this thing to HR, not taking to any action. Team lead themselves talking on floor and watching reel on social media while junior are working. If you want serious work, management will go against you. if want enjoy and fun then this company for you.

Very nice work place all the seniors are very helpful whenever you have any queries it will be solved at a time also having good learning opportunities

Restriction for break even if you want to use washroom or to drink water you must insert break and you don't have your cellphone with you so that even it's emergency you are not able to access it

This company is good for a employee who wants to learn & grow as the work-life balance is amazing. The TLs & Managers are very supportive & helps you in any situation.

One thing that I don't like about this company is there is no job security.
