There are many reason why I satisfied with emke group, mainly because of the job security and my Chief accountant.

Dislikes

Compensation is comparatively lower than others. The work pressure is very high, sometimes, I have to work for more than 12 - 14 hours in a straight day as I have to clear all the journal accounts. In order that, I also worked 24 hour straight a day in one time for the audit closing day. But there is no extra allowance provided for these activities.

Dislikes

i dont like in emke group the career will not growth no appraisal the managers are easy to shout to the staff and sometimes there is discrimatory from them some supervisors are bias if they dont like you they will give you a problem even in personal reason. No appraisal for all your merits at work. Career growth is slow and have more pressure from the management

Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits
