Sometimes there are external factors that cause the company to shift it's roadmap and this sometimes causes stability of new projects.

EMIS has the best work life balance. It values employee’s wellbeing and personal values. Decent hike and good recognition for the work you do ( totally depends on the project). Still using legacy tech stacks and for testing could try to use more technical expertise like automation, non functional testing.

Knowledgeable & Skilled people to learn from Learning curve was great Transparency in the SDLC Short term trip to UK and the UK office folks are often treated as colleagues rather than clients, which isn’t usually the case in some product based companies Good work-life balance

Office location is very far from the Chennai city and it’s a little difficult to reach by public transport due to multiple reasons

excellent learning and started my carrier as windows developer ends with fullstack developer. work culture and treating the employees was awesome

Dislikes

pillars(long serving employees) are spoilers because of them most of the newly joiners can't expose those talents . pillars got the credits of other employees hard work
