Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. I had a great experience working with Emirates Transport, overall the environment and the job culture everything was good.

the main drawback is growth and fixed salary, to get a salary hike is one big problem.

It's dependent upon management as this company have a lot of projects. But as per our project it was really worse.

Emirates Transport is a well known and good company, but some projects are going very bad because of inefficient management. So, at the end of the day look back word not to the average office staff. Check the performance of the highly paid managers and do a proper restructuring in managerial level.

They accepted employment for lower position and joined them for professional positions without any benefits, and when any job opportunity allowed sure it will be for the one who’s have broker even he is don’t have experience, and also the broker can breaking the rules and with others sure he talking about rules The coordinator and Assistant Managers can give u any orders even its not related to you and rest the others because they are having contact between each other and if you refused it will be avoid the orders and they bullying you as lazy not performing don’t want to work and taking actions with you without making investigation. You work and improving ideas will related to your supervisor even he don’t know how to manage the department i was the supervisor for the department finally i got nothing, because I don’t have broker supporting me. Coordinators will not safe you from other coordinators even they know I don’t have any mistakes. Finally if you want to be safe and improving in Emirates Transport search for the broker, that who can support and care of you, no broker mean you have nothing.
