Job security.....Emirates conducted test to terminate employee in pandemic situation and test was not matching with the skill set...there was no appropriate justification for the test result.... Employees are very loyal to the company but company is not given respect to employees....

I like the facility and how they provide a healthy living fir the staff. And the Human Resource Team are very helpful and easy to get a long. My previous boss Mr. Mostafa from housing department was very supportive and friendly.

Dislikes

For each topic and incident, the management should make a proper investigation. And not to listen to rumors, For there was huge issue regarding politics.
