In Dubai number one salary credit facility on time no problem. but there is no increment no promotion no apprication nothing

Always Team work gives sucuss but in eee work time only team work after completed not career the employees .no increment no promotion no rewards nothing .But eee was good the poor management system only datas are filed but no action for employees benifits .there is so many good experience but like me of so many ex Employee suggestions . thanks for eee organization

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
