Mirco Mangement, No breaks, No fun fridays, Feels like sophisticated. IT culture is fully missing Aditionally they take "PDC" from candidtaes to having a kind of bond with them for 2 years or 3 years.

Nothing in specific. Its like typical bossy organisation with no corporate culture

Strict timings with rigid norms of working. No skill growth. Bossy culture, you have to greet senior by sir and cannot put up your point.

Horrible managment and i cant attend even single function and any event of company you are always wrong if you say against your manager whatever if you are right then also managers will prove you wrong.

If you really want to stress yourself and if you are ok to be proven wrong everytime without your mistake then go and yes many employees left during my time period they also told that managment is noot good. I totally agree. Even some MD's of this compains has too much ego. And really bad behaviour and partiality with employees before i join this company many told me that dont go horrible management.
