My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

No likes yet, Can't take leaves on Friday and monday due to sandwich policy. No job security can fire you anytime without any prior information. If project is over, they may fire you anytime, you only have job until the project is not complete.

While I appreciate many aspects of working at Eminence Technology, one area of improvement could be the acknowledgement and compensation for employees who go above the beyond by working extra hours, especially on off days and beyond their scheduled shifts. Recognizing and compensating this additional effort would further enhance the overall employee experience and motivation

Nothing to be honest. This is one of the worst companies out there. From Director to Manager, everyone will expect you to l*ck their a**. If you don’t, you’re the wrong person. Everyone plays mind games there. If you are looking for a job to work 14 hours a day. This is the on for you lol
