There are so many things like, no learning , training and development of the employees. Its like a family business, Senior employees do not value the juniors.Female employees never get the respect.

Toxic people & Toxic Management and Worst Management team and selfish people and looking for always personal gains not for company growth, which is not monitored by Promotors. Pls do not join such a un ethical management team.

1. sales guys are beggars in this comp 2. no job security of sales guys 3. seniors do zero business. they survive on our business 4. zomato, swiggy, underwear, house renovation, personal vacation bills of ceo and coo are shown as TPA expenses in books. Fake bills are prepared by hr head 5. senior management cut by TPAs is 1% in all gmc policies which goes in their pocket 6. all good accounts are renewed by service guys who are aides of ceo and coo
