Don't start your journey with this company as there is no progress. They will give you the position of developer and say you to do testing that to manual not automated to be specific.

...rything. No salary growth for 2/3 years my friends are still struggling there. They will add 30% of your package into the bonus and when the time comes to give a bonus they will not give you a single penny. Wait and try for another company. Work culture is horrible. Zero Benefits and facilities are given by them like literally zero.

- No Appraisal - No proper Management - No Salary increment - No employee benefits - No proper training, they expect the new joiner to do the job in a week's time - No proper policy (it can change in a day, weeks, months or sometimes in an hour) - If you are hired for a role, you would not be working on that, you would be working on something else which is irrelevant - The job you do is irrelevant to the upper management as well as the customers, it is only to satisfy the technical manager that job is being done, but the outcome of the job does not matter to anybody
