...can tune employee accordingly. Less trainings. Work life balance is not so good. Salary structure is absolutely terrible. No facilities. Company growth is very stagnant, management lacks in vision. They also earn money by taking notice pay from employee.

I worked here as a software engineer. In this company you will get lots of new technologies to learn also you will get chance to explore yourself in terms of personal as well as technical. The company has friendly environment and team mates are also good. Everyone has ready to help nature. My overall experience with this company is good and if you want to improve yourself then this is a good platform.

Dislikes

...this is a small scale company you won't find work life balance due to work load. Salary is ok, not as expected. Compensation given on late night traveling , onsite traveling and food only.

...archy. Bossing around of seniors. Seniors with less skill set getting paid more. Minimal promotions and salary hikes. Biased management.

Good team work, training also good, job security good, salary/appraisal once in year they have provide good increment, work environment is good, I learned so many new things in ember.

My team and few other peoples are good. At my time, java team is at its peak level. We learned latest technology stack which was running on those day in the industry.

Dislikes

Even though we have good technology stack, management failed to use us for better opportunities and looses projects and whole team. Higher management dont think about employees personal life and happy environment, behave so rude and greedy by nature. Dont appreciate hardwork. There is huge problem with their management and now no scope for java process cause no projects are there for java.
