... easy to run two months...I was paid PG rent 5500... After lockdown completed.. Full salary they are given... This is to late for me...I remember those days really 😭😭😭😭 I proud to work in embassy group...

system was good.. Safety also good.. We are working 9 hours but no tea, and coffee.. Struggle to work..please provide to us.. And uniform also not compatible.. To working time.. Please give to T-shirt... Engineer's doesn't address our skills..they are not given to good training also.. But not all members.. Somebody is there in good people...they are not encourage for us... They're speaking for only negative words..... Month one time please contact sports activity...thanks for your Care...and support...

The company has retained each and every employee with full salary. The company has given flexibility of working from home to all employees who have small children or elderly at home. Management has been very helpful to all employees and helping them in enhancing skill set through learning and development.

I worked for Olive by Embassy it is a good company with good hospitality services across India.

The training structure is not good at Olive by Embassy initially when I joined at olive i was sent to an in complete project building where I had to stay in the dust for the whole time for a month or so. Complete training was not given when joined, they just explain u how the company works and assign u a property, and then everyday they ask u to join the zoom call and they explain it there so u will have to wait until the specific topic comes and u get the clarification. The senior manager and the Area managers need to treat their team like a team not like thier servents. I was in touch with the RPMs who were also not happy with the manager behaviour because of the way they treat is not professional and people don't deserve to be treated just because you are senior u don't have any rights to insult anyone.

Nothing much appreciating at olive by embassy. Kind of single onwend company rule and managed by one person.

MICRO MANAGEMENT this is not a group the entire company or group is run by one person . No body knows what they have to do. Everyone is doing every work security guard is handling operations and front desk. Entire pressure is on the PROPERTY MANAGER. no employment benifits only horrible work atmosphere. No outings no recreations no team buildings. So please have to think about their mental health also before joining here. And please the higher management of olive please think once about your ground staff also who is creating your brand with daily interaction with guest at the end only the ground team is on the front and making the brand value of olive. Please think about this once. And please appointment some good person to manage the ground work. Please think about your staff once they are in bad situations

Nothing is like about to say that place working over all if i say They have lots of ego problems with juniors they never focus on working they just focus on junior they always think about how to show our egos to juniors Senior bs ye sochta rhta h ki Wo meri chaplusi nii kr rha h to ma usko kase paresan kru kase ma usko ye show kru ki agr wo meri chalusi nii krega to hum usko paresan krnge. Kuch na bata kr bhi usse questions puchna h . Never recommend to others Bs en logo to chilane ata apna ego aur seniority dikhane ata h

Dislike all the thing nothing is good to say anything. Nothing I learnt from there instead of learnin i loss those thing that I learnt from my past company and my collage and also my health. Mostly i loss my health as well as my mental health. They really don't know how to tolk they used abusing words also and after that they denied that this is not abusing words....i.e..f....k. But for me that is. They don't when to work but they accept from juniors. They (seniors) just want to hangover all over hotel'out side area never stand in reception. Even after the shift is over but still stay just because of doing hangover and for time pass and then they said we seniors also doing late long duty.........
