Management helped during lockdown and salary was paid for full below executive level. During Lockdown company did not force anyone for coming to factory but when any urgent work was their company asked to come for doing it whoever was staying to near by.

...s are all clueless and boot lickers to the point of sacrificing their integrity. Pay is abysmal and they will justify this low pay with all their excuses if even targets are reached at the end of the year. Office politics is nasty.
