...s are all clueless and boot lickers to the point of sacrificing their integrity. Pay is abysmal and they will justify this low pay with all their excuses if even targets are reached at the end of the year. Office politics is nasty.

Dislikes

Increment structure of company is worst. ASM are useless guys in the company. No work and full masti = ASM. RSDM is also most useless post additionally created, but no profit to company for this guy. All type of pressure is only on front line staff. No pain to upper post. ASMs has lot of GYAN, but they are absolutely fail in the market to implement anything.

And company is growing day by day and expend their product range also. So Here no issues for increasing our sales and revenue. And one of the most important thing is that- Emami is the top most growing Indian Brand.

...G companies - too much difference between salaries among same designations/post. Salary structure is not up to date and low payment payout. 2- But on the other side; the new employee's (whom joined the organization recently) gotten handsome salaries on the same designations. 3- So equality issues. 4- In this compititive environment company's business strategies are not healthy. So frontline workers have lot of pressure for achieving their targets. 5- So If management address these issues timely, Then no other compititor defeat Our great organization Emami limited ever.
