Management not responding your problems. your seniors decide ,what is your salary for this month.At 1st week , your target of the month is 10 lakh and insensitive is Rs4500 for achieving 90% of the target.but it reduces after 26th upto 18lakh in same month,and no insensitiv given after achieving 19lakh above in the same month.
...s Rs2585 per case but in retail it's cost is 2550 with GST. How it's possible?
Seniors are use our salary & insensitive for hit the month target.

The work atmosphere is good, friendly and satisfactory
Dislikes
Compensation is very very poor. Even after 4 years of work, I am still under ESIC and have no good increments per year. The percentage of increment is very very poor.
Increment structure of company is worst.
ASM are useless guys in the company. No work and full masti = ASM.
RSDM is also most useless post additionally created, but no profit to company for this guy.
All type of pressure is only on front line staff. No pain to upper post.
ASMs has lot of GYAN, but they are absolutely fail in the market to implement anything.
