...G companies - too much difference between salaries among same designations/post. Salary structure is not up to date and low payment payout. 2- But on the other side; the new employee's (whom joined the organization recently) gotten handsome salaries on the same designations. 3- So equality issues. 4- In this compititive environment company's business strategies are not healthy. So frontline workers have lot of pressure for achieving their targets. 5- So If management address these issues timely, Then no other compititor defeat Our great organization Emami limited ever. Thanks

Emami is an employee friendly company. HR is supportive and encouraging. Salary and perks on time. All yearly benefits timely and clearly mentioned online on HR portal.

Superiors are like dictators! No field working support from any senior managers! Only pushing for numbers!

...Management ignore the field difficulties and challenges of their field force. Lot of cost cutting. Poor replacement or bad Goods settlement. To short limit monthly basis. And too slow growth of employees.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

It's a big company who product are in demand company gives you ads support senior's are orthodox mind in this company they in mode of bittering to top management. Senior just want their growth only.

Less growth opportunities, salary is not satisfactory amount.
