...s are taken away. No learning experience or opportunity. Training is not given. Salary package is shown to be inflated to lure you onto joining the organization but you get very less amount. Underpaid in comparison to skill set. Women director is tough and abusive to work with. Nobody stays here for more than 6 months. No job security. Please don't join.

TL designation is not secure. After work post promotion and salary increase structure is very poor.

Management not responding your problems. your seniors decide ,what is your salary for this month.At 1st week , your target of the month is 10 lakh and insensitive is Rs4500 for achieving 90% of the target.but it reduces after 26th upto 18lakh in same month,and no insensitiv given after achieving 19lakh above in the same month.

...s Rs2585 per case but in retail it's cost is 2550 with GST. How it's possible? Seniors are use our salary & insensitive for hit the month target. Suggestions: Please transfer the salary & incentive in Accounts.

Even though the company has good policies for its employees, but when it comes to salary and increments, it is very unsatisfactory.

Dislikes

Employees working hard for the betterment of the organisation does not get their due. Office politics, favouritism, etc. are some of the examples of its detoriating culture.
