Another plus point is that my colleagues comes from different cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration.

Compensation is low. I do receive many appreciations from my manager, but they mostly go unnoticed during appraisals.

...s are all clueless and boot lickers to the point of sacrificing their integrity. Pay is abysmal and they will justify this low pay with all their excuses if even targets are reached at the end of the year. Office politics is nasty.
