The company is open to innovation and readily accept the change and adopts... There is less exposure given to the existing employee to work in it.. As a brand and culture of organization I would say no company is as good as this organization.

Compensation is decent but growth is very slow.. manager do not allow and provide opportunity for development and exposure... Identification of talent and utilization is less

I have worked this company from last 3 year's..my opinion this company job satisfaction is good..& all departments are so friendly with helping eatch other..top to bottom all worker are satisfied to their work position.

...e to promotion time period..hear next promotion take more time upto 5- 6 years.. & also salary not satisfied for lowest management levels..this is not suitable all's assistance officer to executive.

A Lala company with No job security. They hire and fire as they like. Lots of politics among the promoters. The work culture is very bad with no growth. Nothing to learn so better not to join this company.

Overall the company culture is good team are same like in other company's salary and appraisals are happening time to time work environment is good and it's a tatally footwork job talk about innovations innovation is depends on the person to person how you Impromise your life with your skills and how u use it in market and in your life. Very particular on payroll / salary/ disbursements - Always on time No hanky panky with PF etc.

Decisions are made ONLY by the promoter group. Very few people are elevated to fill senior positions - Almost always complete outsiders are planted, who take years to understand the business complicity & culture. 90% of them jump ship in 2+ years...the cycle goes on ! The business suffers due to this chronic discontinuity. And lot of good people who have serious skills leave too. Attrition is abnormally high.
