Everything One of the Worst Company to work with Hiring & Firing , toxic working Culture Manager used to make huge Pressure Regarding Primary no work life balance lots of politics in upper Level in every 3 to 4 Months new employee left the company due to harrassment by his seniors & upper level so I request people not to work in this company if you want to destroy your carrer

Overall the company culture is good team are same like in other company's salary and appraisals are happening time to time work environment is good and it's a tatally footwork job talk about innovations innovation is depends on the person to person how you Impromise your life with your skills and how u use it in market and in your life. ...me top management people who do not care about employee are keeping all control. Salary comes on time.

Dislikes

A group of top managers who change their opinion every day . They run a parallel reporting system and keep one or two front line or office people as SPY. Opinions make on feed back of spy. There is a team who took feed back from everyone but never worked upon that feedback. Director only select which he feel is fit to reprimand team.Most of the time felt demotivated as management do not keep their promise with distributor and retailer and Sales team always caught in different situation.All ASM has left and who join as replenishment are not feeling to stay here

After joining the company , they split your salary in different way of initial offer letter. About 10-15% money they fixed be given after completion of three year. you do have any choice to be with them. It has noticed that in 95 % cases people do not complete three years with them. Delegation of authority is absolute poor. That's why trust level is low. You can not see much of career and learning here.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary decent but career growth is slow Hr work department is zero only they are working for seniors they are not reply for any kind of mails phone and this is very big issue they work like apna kaam Banta bhed mai jaye janta I am sent several mails to HR regarding my experience from last almost 6 years but they don't reply if I send mobile msg always told send after mail no response my last 2 months expenses pending but no one ready to resolve the issue it's very important that how to handle ex-employers issues
