Dislikes

toxic environment, employee use abusive language in meetings, with team members, and no work ethics. Your seniors will not support you. Unnecessary issues. Employees are sitting and getting their salary, no one wants to take initiative, implementation, no career growth, no opportunities.

Taking so many steps like-split offices in various location to maintain safe distance , installed sanitation tunnel in every office entrance and thermal camera for measurement of temperature,Limitation of uses common pantry and office life
