In this company career growth is less, job security is nothing, salary compensation is low and I have to work hard sometimes 13-16hours per a day. Mangers do not value to individuals

Work life balance, one can easily give time to family and friends. Flexible working hours.

...hout any intimation to the employees. And try to save money as much as possible. Salary always comes on time but no timeline for sales incentive.

On time salary and mediclaim facility

Dislikes

Poor management support, intra department cooperation and support is very very poor. Honest employees are not valued. Poor HR policies and Hr is not emplyee friendly

The only thing which i liked about Emaar India is proving salary to its employees during Covid-19 Lockdown.

No recognition of hard work, No encouragement from leaders, No Reward, No Promotion, No Salary Hike, No Job Security.
