Poor management support, intra department cooperation and support is very very poor. Honest employees are not valued. Poor HR policies and Hr is not emplyee friendly

Enjoying working with the company, yes there were challenges but we got a good chance to learn from those challenges. Senior leadership is very supportive and cooperative. Really happy with the work culture and environment. Thank You

Work life balance, one can easily give time to family and friends. Flexible working hours.

...hout any intimation to the employees. And try to save money as much as possible. Salary always comes on time but no timeline for sales incentive.

The only thing which i liked about Emaar India is proving salary to its employees during Covid-19 Lockdown.

No recognition of hard work, No encouragement from leaders, No Reward, No Promotion, No Salary Hike, No Job Security.
