I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work minimum 12- 14 hours and I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night for stage wise inspection. I do receive appreciation emails from my client.

Not good work environment and culture.Boss supporting only politics person. I really hate.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the Management doesn't address our issues.salary is low and career growth is very slow There is a 3 months notice period and after months they will not give final settlement & Relieving letter. Relay nonsense.supporting only female not supporting male candidate. I hate there slavery system.

In this company employee has no job security, sallry is also very poor and overall their is no management and system this is just like a fabrication workshop only learn and go.
